Restrictions on Use of Space. No Exhibitor shall assign, sublet or share the whole or any part of the space assigned. Exhibitor is not permitted to show goods other than those manufactured or dealt in by him in his regular course of business. Displays shall not be placed in such a manner as to interfere with other exhibits. The Exhibit Design and Construction Specification sheets that are included with the Exhibitor Service Manual will govern what Exhibitors can and cannot do with their booth(s). The actual projection of bullets, pellets, BBs, darts or any other missile is not permitted as part of any exhibit. Exhibitors building special background or side dividers must make certain that the surfaces of such dividers are finished in such a manner as not to be unsightly to Exhibitors in adjoining booths (no logos or graphics). If such surfaces remain unfinished at 5:00 pm of the day prior to the opening day of the Show, Show Management shall, at Exhibitor’s expense, authorize the official decorator to effect the necessary finishing. All exhibits and displays must remain fully assembled during all open show hours.

Restrictions on Use of Space. No exhibitor shall sublet, assign, or share any part of the exhibit space without the written consent of the Auckland Business Chamber. Demonstrations by exhibitors must be confined within the bounds of their assigned space. Aisle space shall not be used for exhibit purposes, display signs, solicitation, or distribution of promotional materials unless approved by the Auckland Business Chamber. If this space is compromised the Auckland Business Chamber has the right to remove company equipment. Exhibits, signs, and displays are also prohibited in any of the public areas or elsewhere on the premises of the Ellerslie Events Centre. Operation of sound devices is allowed if the exhibitor is respectable of other exhibitors with discretion on volume. Any firm or organization not assigned exhibit space will be prohibited from soliciting business at the Expo.
