LIMITATIONS ON USE when used in relation to any credit memorandum contained in this letter agreement shall mean that the applicable credit memorandum may be used for the purchase of Boeing goods and services or applied to the final delivery payment for the Aircraft for which the credit was issued, but that the relevant credit memorandum shall be prohibited from use for satisfaction of any Advance Payment obligation.

(3) Tenant shall not use the Premises in any manner that will constitute waste, nuisance, or unreasonable annoyance (including, without limitation, the use of loudspeakers or sound or light apparatus that can be heard or seen outside the Premises) to owners or occupants of adjacent properties. Tenant shall not use the Premises for the preparation, manufacture, or mixing of anything that might emit any odor or objectionable noises or lights onto adjacent properties.

LIMITATIONS ON USE. The Product is licensed as a single product and its component parts may not be separated for use on more than the number of computers set out in the Order Confirmation or License Confirmation. The rights granted hereunder are personal to the Licensee.
