Restoring. PCMS shall restore the certification as per the following If the Client submits the Corrective action report within the 30 days of time period in case of minor non-conformity and 90 Days of time period in case of major non-conformity and also in case of major non-conformity there should be a provision of re-visit of auditor at client’s location for the verification of effectiveness of Closure of Non-Conformity. After Suspension there is 15 Days of time period for the renewing of certification after Verification of Effectiveness of System by the Auditor at the time of Re-Visit, Without Re-Visit no any certification will be restored except in case of suspension Due to non-payment. Responsibility for Renewing of Client is Technical Manager/Director technical Reduction of scope: - The PCMS shall reduce the client’s scope of certification to exclude the parts not meeting the requirements. When the client has persistently or seriously failed to meet the certification requirement of those parts of the scope of certification. Any such reduction shall be in line with the requirements of the standard used for certification. PCMS decision on reducing the scope of certification shall be communicated to the client, in writing, through letter. The certificate will be re-issued after reduction of scope.

  • Restoration The following provisions shall apply in connection with the Restoration of the Property:

  • Repair Concessionaire shall, prior to the commencement of the Concession Operation under the Agreement, provide to Department a type-written concession equipment maintenance plan for the State-owned equipment located on the Concession Premises, together with a schedule for preventative maintenance and a report on maintenance completion and equipment condition. Failure to comply with this preventative maintenance schedule shall result in Concessionaire being responsible for all repairs and/or replacement of equipment. The review and Department inspection of the Concession Premises and its equipment will be conducted during routine inspection of the Concession Premises and as a part of the Mandatory Compliance and Performance Evaluation Meetings.

  • DECORATING Decorating must be done during the time period you have reserved this facility. (If you wish to decorate the day before the event, you must pay the rental fee of $600.00). • Materials such as tacks, nails, staples, glue, etc. may not be used to attach decorations to walls or tables. 3M packing tape may be used for applying decorations to wood surfaces. NO TAPE ON SHEETROCK WALLS. • Damage to walls will result in loss of deposit and possible additional fees and charges. • Decorations of any kind may not be attached to the ceiling tiles and/or grids. • Rice and birdseed are permitted outdoors. • Under no circumstances are tables, chairs, or any equipment/furniture to be removed from this facility. • If serving food and/or drinks, all tables must be covered with some type of tablecloth. • No spray glue, bottled bubbles, smoke machines, spray glitter, spray paint, or any type of aerosol adhesives will be allowed in the facility. • Changing the appearance of this building other than normal decorating is NOT PERMITTED. If any food is left, it will be disposed of immediately after the event. • All functions must shut down one hour prior to end time for cleaning, removing food, decorations, and equipment/furniture belonging to the renter. This includes shutting down music and stop serving alcohol. The City of Ocean Springs will not be responsible for any items left in the facility following the conclusion of the reserved event. • The kitchen area must be cleaned by the rental party. • Gambling in any form is strictly prohibited. • No animals other than service dogs are allowed in the facility. • Maintaining order and control over all persons or guests in the group and encouraging them to abide by all the policies and procedures of this facility during the reserved period of time is the renter’s responsibility. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE REGULATIONS MAY RESULT IN LOSS OF ALL OR PORTIONS OF THE DEPOSIT TO COVER APPLICABLE FEES. Renter, including his/her/its heirs, member, assigns, agents, and/or representatives, agrees that The City shall not be liable for any injury or damages, whether to person or property, originating in contract, tort, equity, or otherwise, associated with Renter’s use of the facility, inside or outside the subject building. Renter further agrees to hold harmless, defend, release, covenant not to xxx, and indemnify The City for any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by Renter, a third party, and/or any other person, whether based in tort, contract, or equity, whether caused by the negligence of The City or otherwise, that is in any way associated with Renter’s use of the Facility.

  • Repair or Replacement (1) Unless a dispute resolution process has been initiated, the Insurer, instead of making payment, may repair, rebuild, or replace the insured property lost or damaged, on giving written notice of its intention to do so within thirty days after receiving the proof of loss.

  • Maintenance and Repair – Line Sharing 3.6.1 C.M. shall have access for repair and maintenance purposes to any Loop for which it has access to the High Frequency Spectrum. If C.M. is using a BellSouth owned splitter, C.M. may access the Loop at the point where the combined voice and data signal exits the central office splitter via a bantam test jack. If C.M. provides its own splitter, it may test from the collocation space or the Termination Point.

  • CONSTRUCTION AND IMPROVEMENTS Concessionaire shall not affix, alter, or erect any permanent or temporary equipment, structures, buildings, or additions to the Concession Premises without first obtaining the prior written approval of Department.

  • REPAIRS AND IMPROVEMENTS 14.1 Prior to registration of transfer, the Purchaser shall not be entitled to effect any alterations to the Property without the prior written consent of the Seller.

  • Repairs Tenant shall, at Tenant’s own expense, keep the Premises, including all improvements, fixtures, furnishings, and systems and equipment to the extent located therein (including plumbing fixtures and equipment such as dishwashers, garbage disposals, refrigerators, coffee makers and Insta Hot and similar dispensers), and the portion of the floor or floors of the Building on which the Premises are located, in good order, repair and condition at all times during the Lease Term. In addition, Tenant shall, at Tenant’s own expense, but under the supervision and subject to the prior approval of Landlord, and within any reasonable period of time specified by Landlord, promptly and adequately repair all damage to the Premises and replace or repair all damaged, broken, or worn fixtures and appurtenances, except for damage caused by ordinary wear and tear or beyond the reasonable control of Tenant; provided however, that, at Landlord’s option, or if Tenant fails to make such repairs, Landlord may, but need not, make such repairs and replacements, and Tenant shall pay Landlord the cost thereof, including a fifteen percent (15%) supervisory fee forthwith upon being billed therefor. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Landlord shall be responsible for repairs to the exterior walls, foundation and roof of the Building, the structural portions of the floors of the Building, and the base building systems and equipment of the Building, except to the extent that such repairs are required due to the negligence or willful misconduct of Tenant; provided, however, that if such repairs are due to the negligence or willful misconduct of Tenant, Landlord shall nevertheless make such repairs at Tenant’s expense, or, if covered by Landlord’s insurance, Tenant shall only be obligated to pay any deductible in connection therewith. Landlord may, but shall not be required to, enter the Premises at all reasonable times to make such repairs, alterations, improvements or additions to the Premises or to the Project or to any equipment located in the Project as Landlord shall desire or deem necessary or as Landlord may be required to do by governmental or quasi-governmental authority or court order or decree. Tenant hereby waives any and all rights under and benefits of subsection 1 of Section 1932 and Sections 1941 and 1942 of the California Civil Code or under any similar law, statute, or ordinance now or hereafter in effect.

  • Demolition The Lessor shall remove existing abandoned electric, telephone, and data cabling and devices, as well as any other improvements or fixtures in place, to accommodate the Government’s requirements. Any demolition of existing improvements that is necessary to satisfy the Government’s layout shall be done at the Lessor’s expense.

  • Repair Testing At the time of repair of a LIS trunk group, at no additional charge, tests will be performed to ensure that the service is operational and meets the applicable technical parameters.
