Restoration definition

Restoration means the repair and restoration of an Individual Property after a Casualty or Condemnation as nearly as possible to the condition the Individual Property was in immediately prior to such Casualty or Condemnation, with such alterations as may be reasonably approved by Lender.
Restoration shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.1.
Restoration is defined in Section 6.10(j)(i).

Examples of Restoration in a sentence

  • Borrower shall pay (or cause to be paid) all costs of such Restoration whether or not such costs are covered by insurance; provided, to the extent Lender is holding any insurance proceeds, such payment shall be subject to Lender’s disbursement of such insurance proceeds therefor to the extent Lender is required under this Agreement to make such disbursement.

  • Borrower and/or Mortgage Borrower shall pay (or cause to be paid) all costs of such Restoration, whether or not such costs are covered by Net Proceeds, provided, to the extent Lender or Mortgage Lender is holding any Net Proceeds, such payment shall be subject to Lender’s or Mortgage Lender’s disbursement of such insurance proceeds therefore to the extent Lender or Mortgage Lender, as applicable, is required under this Agreement and/or the Mortgage Loan Agreement (as applicable).
