Resignation of Office. Upon the termination of the Employment the Executive shall at any time or from time to time thereafter upon the request of the Company resign without claim for compensation from all offices held by him in the Company and any EM Group Company and should he fail to do so the Company is hereby irrevocably authorized to appoint some person in his name and on his behalf to sign and execute all documents or things necessary or requisite to give effect thereto.
Resignation of Office. At any time after notice is given by Employer or Executive to terminate Executive’s employment with Employer, Executive shall, at the request of Employer’s Board of Directors, resign from all offices Executive may hold as a director or officer of Employer and from all other appointments or offices that Executive holds as nominee or representative of Employer.

The Separation Date will be the termination date of Executive’s employment for purposes of active participation in and coverage under all benefit plans and programs sponsored by or through the Company or its affiliates, except as otherwise required by applicable law or under the terms of this Agreement. For clarity, Executive shall have the right to publish the fact that she is a cofounder of the Company.
Resignation of Office. The parties agree that Hyde's resignation as President was with Good Reason and was and shall be effective as of the Effective Date.
