  • Upon the termination of the Employment the Executive shall at any time or from time to time thereafter upon the request of the Company resign without claim for compensation from all offices held by him in the Company and any EM Group Company and should he fail to do so the Company is hereby irrevocably authorized to appoint some person in his name and on his behalf to sign and execute all documents or things necessary or requisite to give effect thereto.

  • Group Company means any one of them;

  • Group Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Target Group means the Target and its Subsidiaries.
