RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION. Residents at the Facility have the right of self-organization and Resident is encouraged to participate in the Residents' Association.
RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION. Residents shall have the right to organize and operate a Residents' Association at the Community and to meet privately to conduct business of the Residents' Association. It is our policy to encourage the organization and operation of a Residents' Association.
RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION. The Residents' Association can, in some instances, enter into agreement with the landlord on behalf of the other tenants, including agreements about carrying out shared improvements of the property. Furthermore, special rules concerning notifications of increases in the rent and shared improvements apply to properties with Residents' Associations.
RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION. You have the right to participate fully in a Residents’ Association, or other organization of residents by whatever name designated and to meet privately to conduct business.
RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION. 9.1 Pursuant to and in accordance with the Regulations under the Retired Persons Act, a Residents’ Association to be known as the LCE Village Residents’ Association, will be constituted in respect of The Village. The Grantor, the Life Right Holder and every other life right holder of a Unit in The Village shall be members of the Residents’ Association.
RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION. The Newbury Court Resident’s Association consists of all RESIDENTS physically occupying a Living Accommodation in NEWBURY COURT. Each RESIDENT is automatically a member of the Association. The purpose of the Association is to further common RESIDENT interests and activities, to communicate and cooperate with those directly charged with the operation and management of NEWBURY COURT in establishing and promoting the well-being of RESIDENTS and to take appropriate action necessary to implement the same.

RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION. 9. An owner may not keep or be allowed to keep any animal, livestock, fowl or pet of any kind (other than birds or fish or small animals restrained at all times in enclosures inside the home) at any time without the specific approval in writing of the Phase V Association. Upon receiving such approval the pet owner will be responsible to keep such animal under control and on a leash at all times and the pet owner must clean up the excrement of his/her pet.
RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION. The Land Owner or the residents may form a Residents’ Association to advise the Land Owner on matters pertaining to the Community, including changes in the amount and use of Community Charges, modifications to the Community Guidelines, violations and enforcement of the Community Guidelines, and resolution of disputes between residents or between residents and the Land Owner.
