Required Days Sample Clauses

Required Days. The school calendar determines those days during which a teacher is required to perform assigned duties without special compensation. The school year will be based upon the calendar with the understanding that the school calendar is subject to emergency changes, but that such changes shall not affect the total number of work days required, that is one hundred eighty-five (185) days, and up to three (3) additional days for teachers new to the District.

  • Business Days If any time period for giving notice or taking action hereunder expires on a day which is a Saturday, Sunday or holiday in the state in which the Company’s chief executive office is located, the time period shall be automatically extended to the business day immediately following such Saturday, Sunday or holiday.

  • Days Unless otherwise specifically indicated to the contrary, the word "days" as used in this Lease shall mean and refer to calendar days.

  • Pay Days The Employer shall pay salaries and wages every second Thursday in accordance with Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this Agreement. On each pay day each Employee shall be provided with an itemized statement of his/her wages (including hourly rate), overtime and other supplementary pay and deductions.   • Required Documentation The AGENCY is responsible for ensuring that all documents required by this Contract are current and available for the COUNTY’S review upon request. These documents may include, but are not limited to, certificate(s) of insurance, job descriptions and background check confirmations of staff.

  • Additional Days Where public holidays are declared or prescribed on days other than those set out in subclause 58.2 and subclause 58.3 above in Victoria or a locality thereof, those days will, as applicable, constitute additional holidays for the purpose of this Agreement.

  • Required Documents Prior to the Closing, the Parties agree to authorize all necessary documents, in good faith, in order to record the transaction under the conditions required by the recorder, title company, lender, or any other public or private entity.
