Staff Development Day. The Board and Association agree that staff development shall be mutually agreed upon by the building administrator and the certificated/licensed staff in each building. No staff development session shall exceed three (3) hours. Topics for staff development shall be reasonably developed and identified by the building administrator and the building certificated/licensed staff.

  • Professional Development Days Upon request, each Employee shall be granted at least three (3) professional development days annually, at the Basic Rate of Pay.
