Reporting Vacation. Each employee shall have one-quarter hour deducted from his/her accrued vacation time for each quarter hour of vacation taken. Vacation time taken shall be recorded on the general employee’s time sheet to the nearest one-quarter hour. 2706 Payment on Separation: Upon termination, an employee shall be compensated by check at his/her current rate of base pay for any accrued vacation and/or miscellaneous leave.
