Reporting & Record Retention. In addition to any requirements imposed by state authorizing agencies, accrediting agencies, and the Department, Xxxxxx shall also report the following information on its school website within 90 days of the effective date of this Agreement: o Completion and job placement rates based on the calculation methodologies provided in this document. o Cohort default rates, as calculated by the Department pursuant to 34 C.F.R.Part 668, Subpart N. o Median loan debt, calculated in accordance with the methodology applicable to gainful employment programs as set forth at 34 C.F.R. § 668.413. o The names and credentials of any full- or part- time faculty offering instruction.  If Xxxxxx hires a third party to solicit students telephonically or via email, it will require such third party to retain audio or electronic files of the solicitation calls and emails for a period of two years, in accordance with and to the extent permitted under applicable law.

Reporting & Record Retention. Owner shall, on a quarterly basis, provide to the Town’s Building Inspector a report for the preceding twelve-month period, based on the guest log and any other records available to them, detailing the average number of nights stayed per guest, the number of guests (but not their names) and number of nights stayed (both consecutive and cumulative) by each guest. The report shall provide a numerical or other identifiable designation for each guest, without providing the guest’s name, and such designation shall be consistent for each guest in each such report. Each report shall be provided in electronic form, and the Owner shall notify the Town’s Planning Director and Town Moderator when each report is submitted to the Building Inspector. All records upon which the quarterly reports are based shall be retained for a period of at least two years. The Building Inspector shall have the right to review such records to evaluate the accuracy of the quarterly reports. The Town shall also have the right to retain an independent auditor of its choosing to review such quarterly reports. The Owner shall fully cooperate with such review.

  • Reporting and Record Keeping CONTRACTOR shall comply with all program and fiscal reporting requirements set forth by appropriate Federal, State and local agencies, and as required by the COUNTY.   • Payrolls and basic records a. Payrolls and basic records relating thereto shall be maintained by the contractor during the course of the work and preserved for a period of three years thereafter for all laborers and mechanics working at the site of the work. Whenever the Secretary of Labor has found under 29 CFR 5.5(a)(1)(iv) that the wages of any laborer or mechanic include the amount of any costs reasonably anticipated in providing benefits under a plan or program described in section 1(b)(2)(B) of the Xxxxx- Xxxxx Act, the contractor shall maintain records which show that the commitment to provide such benefits is enforceable, that the plan or program is financially responsible, and that the plan or program has been communicated in writing to the laborers or mechanics affected, and records which show the costs anticipated or the actual cost incurred in providing such benefits. Contractors employing apprentices or trainees under approved programs shall maintain written evidence of the registration of apprenticeship programs and certification of trainee programs, the registration of the apprentices and trainees, and the ratios and wage rates prescribed in the applicable programs.

  • Project Monitoring Reporting and Evaluation The Recipient shall furnish to the Association each Project Report not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar semester, covering the calendar semester.
