PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) A process of development within the city by which tracts of land may be developed through an overall approach in conformance with the provisions of this Comprehensive Development Plan. PROPERTY LINE The legally described boundary line that indicates the limits of a parcel, tract, lot or block for the purpose of delineating ownership and setback requirements. PUBLIC BUILDING Any building held, used or controlled exclusively for public purposes by any department or branch of government: state, county, municipality or special district, without reference to the ownership of the building or of the realty upon which it is situated.
