Report Cards/Progress Reports. Report Cards will be mailed to the parents at the end of each nine-week quarter. In addition to the quarterly reports, each student will receive a progress report midway through each quarter to take home. Passing, low- passing, and failing grades will be noted. For those students with low passing and failing grades, parents will be contacted by the teacher with a possible parent-teacher conference. In addition to quarterly reports and mid-term Progress Reports, Notices of Concern may also be mailed by the teacher if a student’s behavior or academics need attention.

Report Cards/Progress Reports. A student report card is used to report Elementary studentsacademic progress, study skills, habit development, & behavior to the parents. Report cards are sent following each trimester. Progress reports are sent home one or two times a year, depending on the grade level. Report Cards/Progress Reports. Report Cards are important tools for communication. Report cards will be given three (3) times during the academic school year or every twelve weeks. Progress Reports will be given to all students at the mid-point of each trimester. Subsequent Progress Reports will be sent home if a significant change in a particular student’s grades has occurred. These reports are meant to update parents in any areas of concern. Online Grade Book– 4th/ 5th Grade parents are able to check on their child’s grades at any point in the year through our on-line grading system. All families should have a FACTS Parent Portal login and password. It is encouraged that parents and students view their grades weekly to monitor progress.

  • Monthly Progress Reports During the Construction Period, the Concessionaire shall, no later than 7 (seven) days after the close of each month, furnish to the Authority and the Independent Engineer a monthly report on progress of the Construction Works and shall promptly give such other relevant information as may be required by the Independent Engineer.

  • Report Cards Report cards are sent home each trimester; the report card envelope is to be signed and returned to the homeroom teacher the following school day. There will be an $8 replacement charge for any lost report card envelopes.

The burden of proof of unavoidable delay shall rest with the Contractor and shall be supplied in a written form and submitted to the Department. The Department reserves the right to request additional sales information as needed.
