PICK-UP. SCHEDULE The container shall be picked up at the end of the contract period if CUSTOMER has not made prior arrangements. After the end of the contract term, an additional rental charge of $25 per day will be applied to the invoice. If unable to pick up container due to excessive load size, a portion of the load must be removed by CUSTOMER, and/or all excess debris is not removed MBR DISPOSAL SERVICES, LLC may dump excess on site to collect said container.

PICK-UP. If possible, I will pick up my gown and try it on in the store. If store access is not available due to Governor restrictions based on COVID-19 I will schedule a curbside pick-up. I agree to try on my gown within 60 days of picking it up curbside. When I pick up my gown it will be in the condition in which Charlotte’s received it from the designer and covered in a signature Xxxxxxxxx’s bag. It’s my responsibility to pick up and pay for any balance due for all merchandise ordered for myself and my wedding party within 30 days of being notified of its’ arrival. NO STORAGE FEES WILL BE APPLIED TO GOWNS PURCHASED VIA VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS. A $25 Storage fee will be applied to gowns not picked up within 60 days of being notified. All gowns and merchandise must be paid for before alterations or prior to leaving the store. No checks will be accepted at the time of pick up. I verify that I have read the above purchase agreement and policy information and fully understand it. PICK-UP. The Purchaser must pick-up the Vehicle from the storage lot at which it is being stored after payment but within the same five business (5) days after the Auction. If the Vehicle is not picked up within this same five (5) day period, it will be considered abandoned under MCL §257.252a, and the Purchaser will be subject to a civil infraction, additional storage fees, a civil fine of $50 plus court costs and the Vehicle may be resold pursuant to of MCL §257.252(g). In addition to these remedies, GHDPS may pursue the full purchase price of this Agreement, plus the $55 Auction fee in a court of law.
PICK-UP. Students participating in ASES After-School Program must be signed out daily by a parent/guardian or a parent/guardian appointed designee. Parents/ Guardians or appointed designee who fail to sign their students out 3 or more times will possibly be dropped. The person picking up the student must be 18 years of age or older and listed as a designee on the student's emergency card. Students must be picked up promptly at the end of the program each day. Students enrolled in the program should be picked up between 5:30 PM and 6:00 PM each day. Students picked up after 6:00 PM will receive a late pick-up notice. Ifa student receives a fourth notice, the student will be dismissed from the program. ASES After-School Program staff will contact the parent/guardian and individuals designated as emergency contacts. Ifafter 30 minutes from the end of program there is no contact made between the staff and parent/guardian, Child Protective Services and/or Law Enforcement will be notified.
