Meets Standards definition

Meets Standards means that the unit member is performing at the level of “Meets Standard” on at least two (2) of the three (3) selected standards.

Meets Standards. Stipulates that the evaluatee has through observation of his/her professional practices, met the standards of the CSTP in a proficient manner.
