Rental Rules & Restrictions. Guest agrees to abide by the following restrictions by Owner: PLEASE SEE HOUSE & WATERCRAFT RULES & REGULATIONS BELOW. If any person in the Rental Party fails to follow any of the Rules, the Rental Party may be asked to vacate the Property and Guest will forfeit all rent paid.

Rental Rules & Restrictions. Guest agrees to abide by the following restric=ons by Landlord (the “Rules”): • No shoes to be worn inside the Property, please take them off by the front door. • Smoking, e-cigareaes and vaping are not permiaed in the Property, on the lanais (balcony) or within the building. • Fireworks and other hazardous materials including candles shall not be used in the Property, on the lanais (balcony) or within the building. • No alcohol consump=on by Guests under 21 years old. • Pets are not permiaed on the Property. • Quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 8:00AM • Please turn the Air Condi=oners OFF before leaving the Apartment. • Please don’t take the bath towels to the beach, only the beach towels. • Please leave the sand at the beach, u=lize the outdoor showers at the beach or building water tap. • Garbage must be placed in the applicable trash shoot and/or in the building’s garbage bin(s). • Should you break, loose or damage anything please no=fy the Landlord. If any person in the Rental Party fails to follow any of the Rules, the Rental Party may be asked to vacate the Property and Guest will forfeit all rent paid.
