RENTAL RATE AND TERMS. Owner hereby gives the agent authority to sign on owner’s behalf if owner approval is not accomplished within 24 hours of receipt of a rental offer so long that the rental rate is at or above the current rental rate and meets these additional requirements: Minimum Amount of Security Deposit.
