UCC Terms. Terms defined in the UCC in effect on the Closing Date and not otherwise defined herein shall, unless the context otherwise indicates, have the meanings provided by those definitions. Subject to the foregoing, the term “UCC” refers, as of any date of determination, to the UCC then in effect.
UCC Terms. The following terms have the meanings given to them in the applicable UCC: “commodity account”, “commodity contract”, “commodity intermediary”, “deposit account”, “entitlement holder”, “entitlement order”, “equipment”, “financial asset”, “general intangible”, “goods”, “instruments”, “inventory”, “securities account”, “securities intermediary” and “security entitlement”.
UCC Terms. Unless otherwise defined herein, terms used herein that are defined in the UCC shall have the respective meanings given to those terms in the UCC.
UCC Terms. Terms used in this Agreement that are defined in the UCC shall, unless the context indicates otherwise or are otherwise defined in this Agreement, have the meanings provided for by the UCC.
UCC Terms. The terms "accounts", "chattel paper", "instruments", "general intangibles", "inventory," "equipment" and "fixtures", as and when used in the Loan Documents, shall have the same meanings given to such terms under the UCC.
UCC Terms. Except as otherwise provided or amplified (but not limited) herein, terms used in this Agreement that are defined in the UCC shall have the same meanings herein.

Terms defined in the UCC (such as, but not limited to, accounts, chattel paper, commercial tort claims, contract rights, deposit account, documents, electronic chattel paper, equipment, financial assets, fixtures, general intangibles, goods, instruments, investment property, inventory, proceeds, security, security certificates and tangible chattel paper), as and when used (without being capitalized) in this Agreement or the Loan Documents, shall have the meanings given to such terms in the UCC.
UCC Terms. All non-initially capitalized terms used herein that are defined in the UCC have the meanings given to such terms in the UCC.
UCC Terms. Any terms used in this Agreement that are defined in the UCC shall be construed and defined as set forth in the UCC unless otherwise defined herein; provided, that, to the extent that the UCC is used to define any term herein and such term is defined differently in different Articles of the UCC, the definition of such term contained in Article 9 of the UCC shall govern.
