Premises Manager definition

Premises Manager means a person or incorporated entity with the charge, management and control of the specified premises, and is responsible for ensuring compliance to the environmental sanitation standards;
Premises Manager means the person in charge of the premises whilst the premises are open for the purposes of operating under the licence, and as such are concerned with the conduct and management of the premises. This person may either be the licence holder, or a person appointed by him in writing.

  • If requested in writing by Owner, with respect to the Premises, Manager shall cause to be placed and kept in force all forms of insurance required by law or needed to protect Owner adequately, including but not limited to, public liability insurance, fire and extended coverage insurance, burglary and theft insurance, and boiler insurance.

  • In permitting the use of Premises, Manager does not relinquish the right to enforce all necessary and proper rules and laws for the management and operation of Premises and the safety of the citizens.
