Reimbursement Plan Benefits. Through December 31, 2010, the Company will allow eligible bargaining unit employees to continue to participate in the reimbursement plan benefits described in the “Entergy Benefits Plus Reimbursement Plan Summary Plan Description for Palisades Bargaining Employees, effective April 11, 2007,” and any applicable Summaries of Material Modifications, as amended from time to time, copies of which are available on the EntergyNet. Effective January 1, 2011, the benefits described in the preceding paragraph will cease and the benefits described in the following paragraph will apply. Any previous Summary Plan Descriptions, Benefits Handbooks or other benefit description documents will be superseded by the documents described below. Effective January 1, 2011, and through the remaining term of this Agreement, the Company will allow eligible bargaining unit employees to participate in Entergy system reimbursement benefits under the Entergy Corporation Companies‟ Benefits Plus Reimbursement Plan, as described in the Entergy Corporation Companies‟ Benefits Plus Reimbursement Plan document and in the “Entergy Benefits Plus Reimbursement Plan Summary Plan Description, effective January 1, 2007” (or any superseding SPD), and any applicable Summaries of Material Modifications, as amended from time to time, copies of which are available on the EntergyNet.

  • Reimbursement Payments The Department shall, to the extent funds are available, reimburse the Grantee for eligible claims presented for payment if the Department determines the requirements for reimbursement have been met. Claims under this Contract can only be made for the period this Contract is in effect. Reimbursement programs include the following:

  • Program Benefits Under the Probation Status, the Participating Contractor will be eligible for all contractor incentives, its customers will have access to financing offered through the Program, and income- eligible households will be eligible to receive Program incentives.

  • Tuition Reimbursement Program 21.2.1 The District will fund $28,000 each fiscal year for incentive pay for employees pursuing their National Board Certification, a master’s degree, or an endorsement.

  • DEPENDENT CARE REIMBURSEMENT ACCOUNT During the term of this MOU, Management agrees to maintain a Dependent Care Reimbursement Account (DCRA), qualified under Section 129 of the Internal Revenue Code, for active employees who are members of LACERS, provided that sufficient enrollment is maintained to continue to make the account available. Enrollment in the DCRA is at the discretion of each employee. All contributions into the DCRA and related administrative fees shall be paid by employees who are enrolled in the plan. As a qualified Section 129 Plan, the DCRA shall be administered according to the rules and regulations specified for such plans by the Internal Revenue Service.

  • Reimbursement to Employer The employee shall pay to the Employer any amount received for loss of wages in settlement of any claims.

  • Vacation Benefits During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible for 20 vacation days annually, which shall be accrued and used in accordance with the applicable policies of the Company. During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in such medical, dental and life insurance, retirement and other plans as the Company may have or establish from time to time on terms and conditions applicable to other senior executives of the Company generally. The foregoing, however, shall not be construed to require the Company to establish any such plans or to prevent the modification or termination of such plans once established.

  • Education Benefits Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 5, academic staff members who qualify for benefits in accordance with Article 23.5.2.1 may take a credit, or non-credit language class offered by the University provided it does not interfere with performance of duties as determined by the Xxxx. The member and the Xxxx may discuss ways in which duties may be reassigned to make it possible for the member to take the class. Upon successful completion, reimbursement of tuition will be provided for one class per semester.

  • ' COMPENSATION BENEFITS In accordance with Section 142 of the State Finance Law, this contract shall be void and of no force and effect unless the Contractor shall provide and maintain coverage during the life of this contract for the benefit of such employees as are required to be covered by the provisions of the Workers' Compensation Law.
