Redevelopment of the Project Site. The City and Developer hereby agree that the Project consists of the renovation of Hawthorne Plaza, including the CID Improvements and other improvements described in this Section 2.01 and as set forth on the Project Budget attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein as Exhibit F. Developer hereby contemplates that all buildings, parking facilities and other improvements constituting the Project, as set forth in this Section 2.01 and as set forth on Exhibit F (the "Improvements"), shall be developed, constructed, completed, and operated on the Project Site in substantial accordance and compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Development Plan. On and subject to the terms and provisions set forth in this Agreement, Developer shall have the sole right to, and shall be responsible for, demolition, design, redevelopment, construction, equipment and completion of the Improvements, and shall operate and use the Improvements in the manner described herein, all in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and all other Applicable Laws and Requirements. Notwithstanding anything set forth herein to the contrary, the parties acknowledge and agree that Developer shall not be required to construct any improvements that are not set forth in the Development Plan. Redevelopment of the Project Site. The City and Developer hereby agree that the Project consists of the redevelopment of the Project Site, which includes the CID Improvements and the other components of the Project described herein and as set forth on the project description and drawings attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein as Exhibit
Redevelopment of the Project Site. The City and Developer hereby agree that the Project shall be as described herein and on Exhibit D.   • Development of the Project 4.1 TSP's obligations in development of the Project: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the TSP at its own cost and expense shall observe, comply with, perform, undertake and be responsible:

  • Development of the Property Except as modified by this Agreement, the Development and the Property will be developed in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including but not limited to the City’s ordinances and the zoning regulations applicable to the Property, and such amendments to City ordinances and regulations that that may be applied to the Development and the Property under Chapter 245, Texas Local Government Code, and good engineering practices (the “Applicable Regulations”). If there is a conflict between the Applicable Regulations and the Development Standards, the Development Standards shall control.

  • Project Site The “Project Site” is the place where the Work is being carried on.

  • Project 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

  • CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the [Apartment/Plot] and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

  • Access to Project Site Redeveloper shall permit the representatives of the City to enter Project Site at any and all reasonable times, as the City may deem necessary for the purposes of this Redevelopment Agreement, including but not limited to work and inspection of all work being performed in connection with the construction of the Redeveloper Improvements. Similarly, the City shall permit Redeveloper such entry upon the public rights of way for such purposes. No compensation shall be payable nor shall any charges be made in any form by any party for the access or inspection provided for in this Section. The City’s right of access granted under this Section shall terminate upon issuance by the City of the Redeveloper’s Certificate of Completion of Redeveloper Improvements. Notwithstanding the above, Redeveloper shall not be relieved of the provisions contained in Chapter 14.29 of the Lincoln Municipal Code regarding the use of streets for private construction purposes.

  • Completion of the Project The Contracting Party shall complete the construction, equipping and furnishing of the Improvements in accordance with the Plans and submit to the Board a Certificate of Completion on or before November 1, 2016.
