Recommendations for Future Studies Sample Clauses

Recommendations for Future Studies. Recently, a new type of TST has been developed (Aggerbeck et al., 2013; Xxxxxxxxx et al., 2010). The C-Tb is identical to the TST, except that instead of using PPD, C-Tb uses the same antigens used in IGRAs (ESAT-6 and CFP-10), resulting in improved specificity. It thus combines simplicity of skin test with high specificity of the IGRA. C-Tb has been shown to have a high concordance with QFT-GIT (approximately 95%) and, although not currently being used yet, has the potential to eventually replace the TST (Abubakar, Jackson, & Xxxxxxx, 0000; Xxxx et al., 2016; Ruhwald et al., 2017). Future studies, examining the same assessments that are described in this analysis and using the same study design will, therefore, be necessary using not only this new TST, but also the new QuantiFERON-TB Gold Plus. Of particular interest will be to see how, if any, boosting is caused by the new C-Tb test.

Recommendations for Future Studies. Public health is under increased pressure to illustrate that interventions are beneficial and effective. By excluding economic analyses, where applicable, the practice is doing itself a disservice. The economic analysis of health interventions is in its beginning stages (Xxxxxx et al., 2003) but should still be an important component of programmatic evaluation. To assist public health practitioners, economic evaluation should be included as a program assessment option in evaluation resources. The goal of public health is to provide the best services with the highest utility possible. CEA is not an exact measurement of utility but this type of evaluation is a step forward in the legitimization of preventive care. By adding an economic analysis component to prevention research and evaluation, public health can advocate for the necessity of the discipline’s activities and xxxxxx support from policy makers. Recommendations for Future Studies. The study indicated that: • Developers and credit providers should consider making the understanding of housing finance and concepts easier to understand for the average person. • Tenant/buyer education regarding housing finance should be a bigger priority for credit providers. More people would consider applying for this form of housing finance if they understand the relevant concepts better. The study revealed and highlighted further areas of research, which may be investigated. The following questions in a South African context were identified: • Why have the Instalment Sale Agreement concept not yet taken over a certain section of the property market in South Africa? • Has the Instalment Sale Agreement concept made a difference in home financing in other countries? • Which property market segment is most appropriate for the Instalment Sale Agreement?
