Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement. (RAP) Products. RAP may be used individually or in combination in the production of hot mix asphalt. The allowed dust to asphalt ratio shall be as identified in AASHTO M 323. The maximum allowable total reused asphalt binder (TRB) in HMA mixes shall be 1.5%. The allowed RAP percentage shall be reduced proportionally, based on asphalt cement content. Any changes in the combination of recycled materials shall require a new mix design and control strip unless otherwise approved by the Engineer.

Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement. (RAP) in its entirety and replace with the following: Unless otherwise specified in the Contract, the Contractor may use RAP removed under the Contract consisting of salvaged, milled, pulverized, broken, or crushed asphalt pavement. The Contractor may use RAP produced from outside sources provided the following is met: after the Contractor obtains sufficient quantities of RAP aggregate samples in accordance with AASHTO T 308; the Department will Accept RAP for which the coarse aggregate has a percent wear of 40.0 or less, at 500 revolutions, when tested in accordance with AASHTO T 96. The Contractor shall provide plus No. 4 RAP Material with a minimum of 75% Fractured Faces content (one (1) face). The Department will make no additional payment for the asphalt binder in the RAP or asphalt binder due to asphalt binder grade adjustment. In the event the Contractor elects to use up to 15% RAP (by weight) or is specified as a maximum of 15% RAP by the Contract (by weight) in the production of HMA mixtures, the Contractor shall use the PG grade asphalt binder specified in the Contract.   • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • WATERBEDS The Tenant: (check one) ☐ - Shall have the right to use a waterbed on the Premises. ☐ - Shall not have the right to use a waterbed on the Premises.

  • GARBAGE DISPOSAL, RECYCLING, AND BIODEGRADABLE MATERIALS A. Concessionaire shall be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Concession Premises. Concessionaire shall ensure placement of all garbage and trash generated by the Concession Operation in designated containers and that said containers are emptied daily, or as more frequently required by Department, at a location within the Area designated by Department. Disposal costs from this latter location shall be borne by Department. Concessionaire shall provide such additional trash containers as may be required to keep the immediate Concession Premises clean at all times. The type of trash containers provided by Concessionaire shall be approved by Department prior to use.

  • Pipelines Developer shall have no interest in the pipeline gathering system, which gathering system shall remain the sole property of Operator or its Affiliates and shall be maintained at their sole cost and expense.

  • Fences Except for establishment cost incurred by the United States and replacement cost not due to the Landowner’s negligence or malfeasance, all other costs involved in maintenance of fences and similar facilities to exclude livestock are the responsibility of the Landowner. The installation or use of fences which have the effect of preventing wildlife access and use of the Easement Area are prohibited on the Easement Area, easement boundary, or on the Landowner’s land that is immediately adjacent to, and functionally related to, the Easement Area.

  • Customer Property Customer Property is and shall remain your sole and exclusive property. “Customer Property” means all graphic user interface, text, content, images, video, music, designs, products, computer programs, drawings, documentation and other materials of any kind posted, submitted, provided or otherwise made available to us by you or an Authorized User in connection with the Products and Services. Customer Property may also contain Personal Information which is defined in Section 5.

  • Groundwater The groundwater shall not be degraded as a result of the waste maintained at the facility.

  • Irrigation The City shall provide water to the Premises for the purpose of irrigating the facility. The City specifically reserves the right to restrict water usage under this Agreement if water restrictions are placed on other water users within the City. Prior to the start of the season, City will provide charge up and run through the automatic irrigation systems to check for proper operation. City will provide Lessee with a radio for remote operation of the irrigation system, which Lessee shall use for the day to day maintenance, repair, and monitoring of the irrigation system. If the radio is lost, stolen, broken, or is rendered unusable, Lessee shall pay $1500 for the replacement radio. City is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the following irrigation elements, to the extent applicable: curb stops, backflow prevention devices, backflow enclosures, main line pipings, electric control valves, and controllers. Lessee shall notify Parks Division Water managers by email if any of these irrigation elements are malfunctioning or broken.
