The Contractor’s failure to comply with any of these provisions is a breach of contract by the contractor which entitles the governmental entity to declare the contract void if the contractor does not remedy the breach within ten days after receipt of notice of breach from the governmental entity.

The Contractor’s plan for the service The Contractor shall ensure that the service is supervised at all time. Wherein the Director of the Contractor is not directly managing the works, the Director is expected to visit the site twice a month and complete an inspection form which will include recommendation on the improvement of the provision of service. The Service Manager reserves the right to request the aforementioned copied of inspection.
The Contractor’s. Grievance System shall fully comply with the Patient’s Xxxx of Rights Act and with Act No. 11 of April 11, 2001 (known as the Organic Law of the Office of the Patient Advocate), to the extent that such provisions do not conflict with, or pose an obstacle to, federal regulations.
The Contractor’s intentional failure to comply with its obligations in this Article may result in a finding of non-responsiveness, non-responsibility and/or a breach of contract, leading to administrative action by the Corporation, including without limitation the withholding of funds pending receipt of the required M/WBE documentation, suspension or termination of this Agreement or such other actions as allowed by this Agreement and applicable law.
The Contractor’s. Key Personnel shall be continuously employed by the Contractor during the periods defined in the Specifications.
The Contractor’s. Contract Manager shall co-operate with THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE’S Contract Manager to ensure that the Services are delivered as specified in the Contract, that the quality of Service is maintained at least to minimum standards, that required performance levels are at least met and that management and other information is provided to THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE as specified.
