Re-Use of Project Documents. 7.3.1 In the event this Agreement is terminated prior to completion of the Project, provided Owner has complied with all obligations, including prompt payment of all sums when due, under this Agreement, the foregoing license shall continue in force and effect, permitting Owner to authorize other similarly credentialed design professionals to reproduce and, where permitted by law, to make changes, corrections, or additions to the Instruments of Service solely for the purposes of constructing, repairing, renovating, modernizing, replacing, reconstructing, or expanding the Project.

Re-Use of Project Documents. If this Agreement or any Service Order is terminated prior to completion of Architect's Scope of Services for such Service Order, and Owner elects to use or allow another architect or design professional to use the documents prepared by Architect for Owner's benefit, Owner agrees to assume the risk of such usage by another architect or design professional. Architect shall remain responsible and liable for the Services it provided for each Service Order up to the date of termination, but shall not be held responsible or liable for the subsequent acts, errors or omissions of another architect or design professional who may be retained by Owner to complete the Services for a Service Order.

  • Project Documents In addition to any other pertinent and necessary Project documents, the following documents shall be used in the development of the Project:

  • Construction Contract Documents The Construction Contract Documents shall consist of the plans and specifications prepared by the Engineer, and any addenda and change orders thereto, and the Owner-Contractor Agreement, all of which shall be compatible and consistent with this Agreement.

Any work, materials or equipment that may reasonably be inferred from the Contract Documents as being required to produce the intended result shall be supplied whether or not specifically called for. When words which have a well-known technical or trade meaning are used to describe work, materials or equipment, such words shall be interpreted in accordance with that meaning. Reference to standard specifications, manuals or codes of any technical society, organization or association or to the laws or regulations of any governmental authority having jurisdiction over the Project, whether such reference be specific or by implication, shall mean the latest standard specification, manual, code, law or regulation in effect at the time the Work is performed, except as may be otherwise specifically stated herein.

  • THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS The Contract Documents consist of the State-Contractor Agreement, the Conditions of the Contract (General, Supplementary and other Conditions), the Drawings, the Specifications, and all Addenda issued prior to bid opening and any Change Orders after execution of the Contract.

  • Project Documentation All documentation provided to the City other than Project drawings shall be furnished on a Microsoft compatible compact disc.

  • Construction Documents The architectural and engineering documents setting forth the design for the Project prepared by the Design Professional. Construction Documents include, but are not limited to, the Specifications, the Drawings, the Supplementary Conditions, the General Conditions, and all Addenda.

  • PJM Agreement Modifications (a) If the PJM Agreements are amended or modified so that any schedule or section references herein to such agreements is changed, such schedule or section references herein shall be deemed to automatically (and without any further action by the Parties) refer to the new or successive schedule or section in the PJM Agreements which replaces that originally referred to in this Agreement.
