ARCHITECT’S PERSONNEL. 1.4.1 Architect's Project Representative. “Architect's Project Representative” for each Service Order shall be mutually agreed upon by the Parties and identified in such Service Order. Architect's Project Representative shall perform all of the following services in connection with each Service Order: (a) be actively involved throughout all phases of design and construction of the Project to which such Service Order pertains; (b) at all times maintain oversight of the Project to which such Service Order pertains; (c) have full authority to represent and act on behalf of Architect for all purposes under such Service Order; (d) supervise and direct the Services required under such Service Order using his or her best skill and attention; (e) be responsible for the means, methods, techniques, sequences and procedures used for the Services required under such Service Order;
