Rates and Wages. So far as is permitted by relevant Law, the Vendor must not, and must ensure that its employees or subcontractors do not, offer to or enter into any agreement whatsoever with any of their respective employees, or any union, under which they agree to pay or do anything not required by any legislation, industrial agreement or federal or state award, determination or decision without obtaining the prior endorsement of the Purchaser.

Rates and Wages. There shall be paid each mechanic or laborer of the Contractor or Subcontractor engaged in work on the project under the Contract, not less than the hourly wage rate in effect at the time of the Contract and as listed by the Office of Labor Commissioner of the State of New Mexico pursuant to Sections 50-4-19 to 50-4-30, N.M.S.A. 1978 entitled "Minimum Wage Act". Regardless of any contractual relationship which may be alleged to exist between the Contractor or any Subcontractor and such laborers and mechanics, this act shall apply.

  • Salary and Wages Except in the case of a Permitted Termination or Furlough, the Recipient shall not, between the date of this Agreement and March 31, 2021, reduce, without the Employee’s consent, (A) the pay rate of any Employee earning a Salary, or (B) the pay rate of any Employee earning Wages.

  • CLASSIFICATION AND WAGES 21.01 The Job Classifications and applicable Wage Rates under this agreement are set forth at Appendix “A” (attached).

  • SALARIES AND WAGES Contractor and any subcontractors must pay all salaries and wages due all employees performing Services under this Contract unconditionally and at least once a month without deduction or rebate on any account, except only for those payroll deductions that are mandatory by law or are permitted under applicable law and regulations. The amounts withheld may be disbursed by the Comptroller for and on account of Contractor to the respective employees to whom they are due.   • CLASSIFICATIONS AND WAGES 1.1 a) Engineers operating: cranes with a manufacturer’s rating of over 164 to 219 tons capacity. Effective May 1, 2013, the wage rate for engineers operating large cranes 220 to 299 tons capacity shall be One Dollar and Twenty-Five Cents ($1.25) per hour above the applicable rate. The wage rate for engineers operating large cranes 300 to 499 tons capacity shall be Two Dollars and Fifty Cents ($2.50) per hour above the applicable rate.   • TIME AND WAGES RECORDS Particulars of details of payment to each Employee must be included on the envelope including the payment or in a statement handed to the Employee at the time payment is made and will contain the following information:
