SPECIFICATIONS REVISION LEVEL - When this clause is invoked on the face of the purchase order, the Seller is required to use and certify to the latest release of all drawings, technical data, specifications, etc unless otherwise directed by Buyer in writing RECORD RETENTION AND DISPOSITION - Supplier shall maintain records of inspections, tests, material certifications, and process controls and all other quality records called for by this contract. Unless specified elsewhere in contracts or attachments, these documents shall be on file, stored and protected in such a manner that they remain legible, readily identifiable, and readily available to MDI for no less than 10 years. After the minimum 10 year retention the documents may be disposed of as allowed by the Suppliers QMS system.

When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work.   • Severability Clause Any part, provision, representation or warranty of this Agreement which is prohibited or which is held to be void or unenforceable shall be ineffective to the extent of such prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions hereof. Any part, provision, representation or warranty of this Agreement which is prohibited or unenforceable or is held to be void or unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall be ineffective, as to such jurisdiction, to the extent of such prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions hereof, and any such prohibition or unenforceability in any jurisdiction as to any Mortgage Loan shall not invalidate or render unenforceable such provision in any other jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the parties hereto waive any provision of law which prohibits or renders void or unenforceable any provision hereof. If the invalidity of any part, provision, representation or warranty of this Agreement shall deprive any party of the economic benefit intended to be conferred by this Agreement, the parties shall negotiate, in good-faith, to develop a structure the economic effect of which is as close as possible to the economic effect of this Agreement without regard to such invalidity.
