Quality Records will be maintained as per the record type and the requirements of the product purchased.
The Vendor shall maintain the following Quality Records on site as a condition of purchase for a minimum of 10 Years unless otherwise specified.
Quality Records are to be stored and maintained in such a way that they are readily retrievable in facilities that provide a suitable environment to minimize deterioration or damage and to prevent loss.
All Quality Records are to be legible, reproducible, and identifiable to the purchase order.
The information must be included in the In-Process and Process Inspection and Testing Section (Area 1 and 2 as applicable), the Document and Data Control and Control of Quality Records Section of the QSP or in the applicable section of the contractor’s QSP.
