Sunset Clause The provisions of this Section expires automatically on the expiration date of this Agreement.
ZIPPER CLAUSE 283. This Agreement sets forth the full and entire understanding of the parties regarding the matters herein. This Agreement may be modified, but only in writing, upon the mutual consent of the parties.
General clause 1. The visa facilitations provided in this Agreement shall apply to citizens of the Union and of the Republic of Azerbaijan only insofar as they are not exempted from the visa requirement by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Azerbaijan, of the Union or the Member States, this Agreement or other international Agreements.

The Union agrees that neither it nor any of its officers or agents will call, institute, authorize, participate in, sanction or ratify any such strike, work stoppage, slowdown, or withholding of services.
