Capital Increase has the meaning given in clause 3.2(a);
Minimum capital or "minimum required capital" means the capital that must be constantly maintained by a stock insurance corporation as required by statute.
Incremental Increase has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(a).
Barclays Capital is a reference to Barclays Capital, the investment banking division of Barclays Bank PLC;
Merit Increase means an increase in the rate of pay of an employee within the employee’s pay range which may be granted in recognition of satisfactory service on the employee’s anniversary date.
Equity Capital means capital invested in common or preferred stock, royalty rights, limited partnership interests, limited liability company interests, or any other security or rights that evidence ownership in a private business.
Commitment Increase has the meaning specified in Section 2.18(a).
Net Capital Net Capital shall mean "net capital" as defined in Rule 15c3-1.
Commitment Increase Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.08(e).
Capital investment means an investment in real property, personal property, or both, at a

Commitment Increase Notice has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.19.
SBIC Equity Commitment means a commitment by the Borrower to make one or more capital contributions to an SBIC Subsidiary.
Liquidity Capitalization means the number, as of immediately prior to the Liquidity Event, of shares of the Company’s capital stock (on an as-converted basis) outstanding, assuming exercise or conversion of all outstanding vested and unvested options, warrants and other convertible securities, but excluding: (i) shares of Common Stock reserved and available for future grant under any equity incentive or similar plan; (ii) any SAFEs; and (iii) convertible promissory notes.
Incremental Revolving Increase has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(a).
Commitment Increase Supplement as defined in subsection 2.20(c).
Term Loan Increase has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(a).
Interim Capital Transactions means the following transactions if they occur prior to the Liquidation Date: (a) borrowings, refinancings or refundings of indebtedness and sales of debt securities (other than Working Capital Borrowings and other than for items purchased on open account in the ordinary course of business) by any Group Member; (b) sales of equity interests by any Group Member (including the Common Units sold to the Underwriters pursuant to the exercise of their over-allotment option); and (c) sales or other voluntary or involuntary dispositions of any assets of any Group Member other than (i) sales or other dispositions of inventory, accounts receivable and other assets in the ordinary course of business, and (ii) sales or other dispositions of assets as part of normal retirements or replacements.
Incremental Term Loan Facility has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(a).
Annual increase means, initially, fifty-nine cents per month
Scan increment means the amount of relative displacement of the patient with respect to the CT x-ray system between successive scans measured along the direction of such displacement.
Incremental Commitment means an Incremental Term Loan Commitment or an Incremental Revolving Facility Commitment.
Equity Commitment (a) options, warrants, convertible securities, exchangeable securities, subscription rights, conversion rights, exchange rights, or other Contracts that could require a Person to issue any of its Equity Interests or to sell any Equity Interests it owns in another Person; (b) any other securities convertible into, exchangeable or exercisable for, or representing the right to subscribe for any Equity Interest of a Person or owned by a Person; (c) statutory pre-emptive rights or pre-emptive rights granted under a Person’s Governing Documents; and (d) stock appreciation rights, phantom stock, profit participation, or other similar rights with respect to a Person.
Aggregate Capital means, on any date of determination, the aggregate amount of Capital of all Purchaser Interests outstanding on such date.
CET1 Capital means, as of any Balance Sheet Date, the aggregate amount, in Swiss francs, of items that constitute common equity tier 1 capital of the Group as of such Balance Sheet Date, less any deductions from common equity tier 1 capital required to be made, in each case as determined by the Group Holding Company pursuant to the BIS Regulations applicable to the Group Holding Company as of such Balance Sheet Date, and as (i) disclosed in the Quarterly Financial Accounts published on the relevant Ordinary Publication Date or (ii) may be disclosed as a component of the Reviewed Interim Measurement published upon the instruction of the FINMA on the relevant Extraordinary Publication Date, as applicable. For the avoidance of doubt, the term "common equity tier 1 capital" as used in this definition has the meaning assigned to such term in the BIS Regulations in effect as of the relevant Balance Sheet Date.
General Wage Increase means a general wage increase resulting from the formula set out in this LOA and applied as a percentage increase to all wage rates in the collective agreement on the first pay day after the commencement of the eleventh (11th) month in a collective agreement year;
