Fire Stations collected in four (4) 95-gallon Rollouts at a frequency of once (1) per week on the same day of the week as the collection of Residential Units.
Fire Stations. The Fire District will need up to four (4) fire station sites in the Jordanelle Ridge property that are 2-5 acres in size. The City will require the sites to be identified in an Annexation Agreement, and will require dedication of these sites to the County as part of each applicable plat. The County will build the station and pay for all improvements on the lot, using impact fees. If the County determines not to build stations on the dedicated sites, said lot shall revert back to the developer after a 25 year time.
Fire Stations. All Fire Stations will have a designated “Station Commander” (a Captain will be assigned to all multi-unit stations on each shift and a Lieutenant will be assigned in all single unit stations on each shift as designated above with the exception of Air Rescue) responsible for the Fire Station/Facility and all personnel assigned to the individual facility. A multi-unit Station shall be defined as two (2) or more fully staffed Fire and/or Rescue units housed in the same facility. Station Commanders will be required to assume command of emergency operations upon their arrival at incidents limited to their station compliment, or until superior operational officers arrive at larger incidents. Station Commanders will also be responsible for station inventory and all initial administrative processes pertaining to personnel assigned to their facility.

Agmt., Exhibit G, Section 3.2. o Per the Development Agreement, the general locations of the three required fire stations will be situated as identified on Exhibit 4- 1 of the FEIR, subject to relocation based on mutual agreement of the Developer and the County. If it is determined that fourth station is required, it will be located based on mutual agreement of the Developer and County. Fire Stations. The provision for the fire station facilities has been in accordance with aerodrome category 9. The main fire station has 4 levels including the control room and has 5 covered parking bays. There is a watch tower of adequate height. The satellite fire station has 2 covered parking bays. The structure of the fire stations is an RCC framed construction. Floors are industrial type for parking bays. General areas shall have kotah stone floors. Toilets have anti skid ceramic tile floors and glazed ceramic tiles for walls. Fire Stations. All fire station facilities shall be provided by the Fire Department, with the exception of the fire stations located at ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and at ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Overland Park, Kansas, which stations shall be leased to the Fire Department on mutually agreed upon terms. Fire Station 16 and associated fixtures* (1280 Alameda de Las Pulgas, San Carlos, CA) * Fixtures to include, but not be limited to, exercise equipment, refrigerators, stoves, compressors and electric generators. Items noted in the San ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Civic Facilities Master Plan, March 16, 2012, are to be completed by San ▇▇▇▇▇▇ as set forth in the Plan. In addition, the Redwood City Fire Department may recommend improvements to the San ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Fire Station 13 and Fire Station 16. San ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall directly, and at its sole cost, pay all charges for utilities associated with Fire Station 13 and Fire Station 16 including, but not limited to: water, sewer, electric, gas, pest control, landscape and trash collection. San ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall provide all necessary office equipment and furnishings (beds, night stands, bedroom desks, training room tables, chairs, kitchen tables, and day room furnishings, etc.) currently existing in the Fire Stations as of the Effective Date of this Agreement. Replacement thereof by San ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be by mutual agreement of Redwood City and San ▇▇▇▇▇▇. The Redwood City Fire Department may recommend additional equipment and furnishings to the San ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Fire Station 13 and Fire Station 16.
