Public Stakeholder Engagement. The Client Agency shall manage the public engagement process with community stakeholders. In general, however, until such time as DGS and the Client Agency agree upon a preliminary concept and Control Budget, the Project Management Contractor shall not share the design with the public or otherwise participate in a community engagement process. Once the Preliminary Concept Design has been approved by DGS, the Project Management Contractor shall provide support to the Client Agency and the DGS Project Manager throughout the community engagement process. In general, the Project Management Contractor shall be required to attend, and if requested by the Department, to participate in community and other similar meetings related to the project. As the public engagement process unfolds, the Project Management Contractor shall use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the design consultant incorporates only those design refinements as are requested by the DGS Project Manager.

Public Stakeholder Engagement. Consultant will attend and facilitate one public meeting and one meeting with stakeholders, a select group of individuals and/or organizations that have a vested interest in the future development of the site. The stakeholders will be invited by the Owner and that meeting will be arranged by the Owner. The purpose of the stakeholder meeting is to gain their insights on the history and existing conditions of the site and seek their interests on the future of the site. Owner will manage meeting date/time, locations and public notice for the public meeting. Consultant will prepare a presentation for the public meeting summarizing the findings and opportunities in mapping & graphics developed during the Task

  • Public Outreach The Sponsor is responsible for development and administration of a public outreach effort to ensure public awareness and involvement in the Project development and delivery process. The Sponsor shall provide a copy of the public outreach plan and all materials documenting the public outreach activities, including public notices, press releases, flyers, etc. to the Authority. The public outreach plan must accompany the first invoice for payment from Sponsor. The materials documenting the public outreach activities must accompany the final invoice for payment from Sponsor.

  • Public Opening Responses shall be opened on the date and at the location indicated on the Timeline. Respondents may, but are not required to, attend.   • Exchange Teaching An employee on continuing or professional service contract may be granted a leave of absence for one year for the purpose of exchange teaching. Exchange teaching shall be limited to accredited public school systems, colleges and universities or similar institutions. The cooperating school system, college or university must furnish an employee to take the place of the employee released by the Board. The released employee shall draw full salary plus the value of any supplements performed by the cooperating employee. Application for exchange teaching for the next school year must be made by April 15.

  • Community Engagement The HSP will engage the community of diverse persons and entities in the area where it provides health services when setting priorities for the delivery of health services and when developing plans for submission to the LHIN including but not limited to CAPS and integration proposals. As part of its community engagement activities, the HSPs will have in place and utilize effective mechanisms for engaging families, caregivers, clients, residents, patients and other individuals who use the services of the HSP, to help inform the HSP plans, including the HSP’s contribution to the establishment and implementation by the LHIN of geographic sub-regions in its local health system.
