Management Contractor definition

Management Contractor means any Gaming Resource Supplier with whom the Tribe has contracted for the management of any Gaming Activity or Gaming Facility, including, but not limited to, any person who would be regarded as a management contractor under IGRA.
Management Contractor means the person, corporation or entity under contract to design and operate the data management system and to perform other functions for the I/M Program.
