Design Exploration Sample Clauses

Design Exploration. Utilizing the findings and opportunities identified in Task 1.0, Consultant will explore a spectrum of conceptual master plan alternatives. This exploration will produce multiple concepts that explore a variety of landmark places and connectivity strategies, building and facility locations, habitat preservation and restoration strategies, educational demonstration opportunities, types and locations of recreational facilities, sustainable site and stormwater management strategies, and essential programmatic and systematic relationships. It is during this phase that we will coordinate and collaborate with our subconsultant Dirt Artisans, on potential trail routes, interest areas, & amenities. Dirt Artisans will also outline trail maintenance and legacy improvements and identify limitations and constraints. The stakeholder and public input from Task 1.0 will be incorporated and goals and concerns are addressed. The Exploration Phase will produce 2-3 conceptual design alternatives in the form of sketches, diagrams and maps to test ideas, scale and relationships of opportunities and park elements. Research will be performed on precedent images of characters, programs and materials. This research will be summarized and shared with Owner to prompt discussion and receive direction on preferences for functions, program and space. The preferences identified by Owner will be summarized and included as part of the presentation for Task
