Provide Equal Access. MCOE shall provide access to the use of MCOE public access channel and programming services on a nondiscriminatory basis to all Qualified Persons. Access shall be made available for non-commercial programming purposes, whether individuals, groups, or organizations, on a first-come, first-served basis, pursuant to reasonable operating policies and procedures developed by MCOE. For the purposes of this Agreement, “non-commercial” shall mean programs that do not contain information about purchasing a product or service; or solicitation, advertising, bartering or promotion of commercial products, services or transactions; commercial telephone numbers or websites shall not appear anywhere within the program except in program credits. Cablecasting “commercial matter” shall be prohibited. Commercial matter for these purposes shall mean time sold or used to propose a commercial transaction or for the express purpose of selling a commercial product or service.

Provide Equal Access. Provide access to and training for the use of the equipment, facilities, channels, and services provided hereunder on a non-discriminatory basis to all members of the community for non-commercial programming purposes, whether individuals, groups, or organizations, on a first-come, first served non-discriminatory basis, pursuant to operating rules promulgated by OPERATOR.
Provide Equal Access. Allow access and use of equipment and facilities provided herein, together with cablecast time on the public access cable channel(s), on a non-discriminatory basis to all members of the Iowa City public. This access shall be only for non-commercial programming purposes, whether produced or provided by individuals, groups, or organizations. Non- Iowa City residents may be allowed use of equipment and facilities so long as they pay a minimum annual charge to PATV of twice (2X) the amount equal to the funding determined in Section 14.A.1 of this document divided by the number of video service subscribers as determined on the anniversary of the funding calculation. Additional charges to non-residents may be determined and required by PATV.

  • ICANN Access Registry Operator shall provide bulk access to the zone files for the TLD to ICANN or its designee on a continuous basis in the manner ICANN may reasonably specify from time to time.
