The Cash Access clause defines the terms under which a party can obtain or withdraw cash from a specified account or financial arrangement. Typically, it outlines who is authorized to access funds, any limits on withdrawal amounts, and the procedures or conditions that must be met for cash disbursement. This clause ensures clear guidelines for accessing cash, thereby preventing unauthorized withdrawals and reducing the risk of disputes over fund access.
Cash Access. You may not use the Card to obtain cash from an Automated Teller Machine (“ATM”) Point-of-Sale (“POS”) device or by any other means. Loading the Card – You may not load funds to the Card. Only the Program Manager] may load funds to the Card Account. You will have access to the funds immediately once the Card is activated. The Card is not reloadable after the initial loading. Personal checks, cashier’s checks, and money orders sent to the Issuer are not an acceptable form of loading. All checks and money orders sent to the Issuer for Card loading will be returned unless the full amount may be applied towards a negative balance, in which case the check or money order may or may not be loaded to the Card at the discretion of the Issuer.
Cash Access. With your PIN, you may use your Card to obtain cash from any Automated Teller Machine (“ATM”) or any Point-of-Sale (“POS”) device, as permissible by a merchant, that bears the Visa®, Interlink®, Plus, MoneyPass®, Maestro®, or Plus Alliance Acceptance ▇▇▇▇. All ATM transactions are treated as cash withdrawal transactions. You may use your Card at an ATM and withdraw funds from a participating bank (Over the Counter withdrawal). Any funds withdrawn from a POS device will be subject to the maximum amount that can be spent on your Card per every 24-hour period. These are our limits associated with withdrawing cash from your Card: Cash Withdrawal (ATM)* 4 times every 24-hours, up to $500.00 per transaction, up to $700.00 per every 24-hours. Cash back at the point-of-sale 5 times every 24-hours, up to $500.00 per transaction, up to $500.00 per every 24-hours. Cash Withdrawal (Over the Counter) 4 times every 24-hours, up to $2500.00 per transaction, up to $2500.00 per every 24-hours. *ATM owner-operators and participating banks may impose their own lower limits on cash withdrawals.

The Gift Card is not reloadable after being loaded at the time of purchase. Personal checks, cashier’s checks, and money orders sent to the Issuer are not an acceptable form of loading. Any checks and money orders sent to the Issuer for loading will be returned unless the full amount may be applied towards a negative balance, in which case the check or money order may or may not be loaded at the discretion of the Issuer. Cash Access. You may not use your Card to obtain cash from an Automated Teller Machine (“ATM”), Point-of-Sale (“POS”) device, or by any other means. You may not use your Card at an ATM. You may not load additional funds to your Card outside of the pre-determined ordering date, called “value loading”. Only your program sponsor may load additional funds to your Card. The minimum amount of the initial value load is $10.00. The maximum amount of the initial value load is $1,000.00. The minimum amount of each value reload is $10.00. The maximum amount that can be spent on your Card per day is $1,000.00. The maximum value of your Card is restricted to $2,000.00. You may use your Card where Debit MasterCard®, Maestro® cards and NYCE® cards are accepted only to purchase eligible transportation or parking benefit services pursuant to IRS Code, as long as you do not exceed the value available on your Card Account. The Card may not be used outside of the United States and District of Columbia, including Internet and mail or telephone order merchant outside of the U.S. and District of Columbia. Some merchants do not allow cardholders to conduct split transactions where you would use the Card as partial payment for goods and services and pay the remainder of the balance with another form of legal tender. If you wish to conduct a split transaction and it is permitted by the merchant, you must tell the merchant to charge only the exact amount of funds available on the Card to the Card. You must then arrange to pay the difference using another payment method. Some merchants may require payment for the remaining balance in cash. If you fail to inform the merchant that you would like to complete a split transaction prior to swiping your Card, your Card is likely to be declined. If you use your Card number without presenting your Card (such as for a mail order, telephone, or Internet purchase), the legal effect will be the same as if you used the Card itself. For security reasons, we may limit the amount or number of transactions you can make on your Card. Your Card cannot be redeemed for cash. You may not use your Card for online gambling or any illegal transaction. All ATM transactions are treated as cash withdrawal transactions. You may use your Card at an ATM and withdraw funds from a participating bank (Teller Assisted Cash Withdrawal). Any funds withdrawn from a POS or ATM device will be subject to the maximum cumulative amount that can be spent on your Card per rolling 24-hour period. Cash Access. You may not use the Virtual Account to obtain cash from an Automated Teller Machine (“ATM”) or at a Point-of-Sale (“POS”) device or by any other means. You may not load funds to the Virtual Account. Only the Program Manager may load funds to the Virtual Account. You will have access to the funds immediately once the Virtual Account is activated. The Virtual Account is not reloadable after the initial load. Personal checks, cashiers’ checks, and money orders sent to the Issuer are not an acceptable form of loading. All checks and money orders sent to the Issuer for Virtual Account loading will be returned unless the full amount may be applied towards a negative balance, in which case the check or money order may or may not be loaded to the Virtual Account at the discretion of the Issuer. The maximum value of the Virtual Account is restricted to $1,000.00.
Cash Access. With your PIN, you may use your Card to obtain cash from any ATM or any Point‐of‐Sale (“POS”) device, if and as permitted by the relevant merchant, bearing an acceptance ▇▇▇▇ displayed on the Card. ATM transactions are treated as cash withdrawal transactions. You may also obtain your Available Balance through certain ATMs. A fee may be associated with the use of your Card to obtain cash or Available Balance information. For information about these fees, please see the Schedule of Account Fees and Terms below. In addition, some or all transactions may be subject to a surcharge assessed by the terminal owner. Any cash withdrawn through an ATM or POS device transaction, or through a participating bank, will be subject to the limitations set forth in the section below labeled“Limitations on Transfers”). Cash withdrawals are available up to the daily authorization limits disclosed below, provided the Available Balance in your Account is greater than or equal to the amount requested plus any fees that may be charged along with the cash disbursement. Cash withdrawals may also be subject to varying daily limits at the terminal owner’s discretion. If you use your Card and PIN to obtain Available Balance information through an ATM, please note that the Available Balance information provided may not reflect recent transactions and may include funds that are not available for immediate withdrawal.

You may load funds to the Card at any time. You may load the Card via direct deposit, Green Dot® Reload at the RegisterTM, Western Union, and Remote Check Deposit. You will have access to direct deposited funds by 12:00pm CT on the business day during which the deposit occurs. You will have access to the funds within fifteen (15) minutes after loading via Green Dot® Reload at the RegisterTM and immediately after a Western Union load. At our discretion, we may allow a load in excess of the limits disclosed in the table shown below, including the maximum value limit, to post to the Card Account. However, if such a load payment is permitted to post on one occasion, there is no guarantee that any load(s), in any form (including Remote Check Deposit, if available), in excess of the disclosed limit will be permitted in the future. While checks made payable to you as payee may be deposited to the Card Account using Remote Check Deposit, if available, any personal checks, cashiers checks, or money orders sent to the Issuer are not an acceptable form of loading. All such checks and money orders sent to the Issuer for Card loading will be returned unless the full amount may be applied toward a negative balance, in which case the check or money order may or may not be loaded to the Card at the discretion of the Issuer.
