Forest Service shall arrange protective or perpetuative action that does not cause unnecessary delay to Contrac- tor in authorized clearings, such as Clearcutting Units and road construction, and in other instances where damage to monuments, section corners, and other corner accessories is unavoidable. Contractor shall protect all known survey monuments, witness corners, reference monuments, and bearing trees against avoidable destruction, obliteration, or damage during Contractor’s Operations. If any known monuments, cor- ners, or accessories are destroyed, obliterated, or damaged by Contractor’s Operations, Contractor shall hire the ap- propriate county surveyor or a registered land surveyor to reestablish or restore at the same location the monuments, corners, or accessories. Such surveyors shall use procedures in accordance with the Bureau of Land Management “Manual of Instructions for the Survey of the Public Lands of the United States” for General Land Office surveys and in accordance with State law for others.   • Condition of Leased Premises Tenant hereby acknowledges that Xxxxxx has examined the leased premises prior to the signing of this Lease, or knowingly waived said examination. Tenant acknowledges that Tenant has not relied on any representations made by Landlord or Landlord’s agents regarding the condition of the leased premises and that Tenant takes premises in its AS-IS condition with no express or implied warranties or representations beyond those contained herein or required by applicable Georgia law.
