PROTECTING THE CARD AND PIN. The Cardmember must at all times secure the Card and the PIN(s) and must take proper care to ensure that the Card is safe and prevent all other parties from using the Card or becoming aware of the PIN. The PIN must be kept in extreme secrecy. No note of PIN should be kept on the Card itself or anything usually kept with the Card. For proper protection, the PIN must not be kept in any written manner without being coded.

PROTECTING THE CARD AND PIN a. The Cardmember shall: (i) take proper care of the Card, (ii) ensure that it is safe and stop anyone else from using it and (iii) keep the PIN a secret. The Cardmember must not keep a note of the PIN on the Card or anything the Cardmember usually keeps with the Card. The Cardmember is advised to not write down the PIN.

If you fail to faithfully and completely adhere to these precautions, your account with MAX Credit Union may be "Closed for Cause" at the Credit Union's option.
