The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000. Save as provided in respect of successors in title to the Site or any successor to the relevant statutory function of the Council this Deed shall not be enforceable by any third party pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000 and no third party shall acquire any benefit, rights or claims whatsoever thereto.
