Property Subject to Agreement. The real property subject to this Agreement includes all of the Property.
Property Subject to Agreement. Seller hereby agrees to sell to Buyer, and Buyer hereby agrees to purchase from Seller, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, all of Seller's right, title, and interest in the following (collectively, the "PROPERTY"):
Property Subject to Agreement. The property subject to this Agreement includes all of the approximately 643 acres of the Carolina North Tract included within the corporate limits of the Town as depicted in Exhibit A. All of the property subject to this Agreement is owned by the State of North Carolina for the use and benefit of the University. This Agreement limits development of buildings within the Carolina North Tract to that 133 acre portion of this land area depicted in Exhibit C. Future development agreements may address additional development within the Carolina North Tract, such as subsequent phases of the long-term development depicted in the University’s long-range development plan for Carolina North.
Property Subject to Agreement. LANDOWNER owns certain legal or equitable interests in the Property which is located within the City. LANDOWNER seeks to develop the Property for the Project consistent with the General Plan, Community Plan, Specific Plan, and other Project Entitlements, as those plans may have been adopted, approved and amended as part of the process for approval of the Project.
Property Subject to Agreement. The Property shall be subject to this Agreement.

Property Subject to Agreement. Deeded park parcels located in the Invermere Subdivision, PHASES 1, 1A, 2A and 3A, as identified in Exhibit A herein and referred to as “Invermere Park”.
Property Subject to Agreement. The Property shall be subject to this Agreement; provided, however, that from and after acceptance of the Improvements as set forth in Section 12 below, the Property shall be released and no longer subject to this Agreement, and a release shall be executed and recorded by the City.

The Principal shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, to the Agent certain property, which shall constitute the initial contribution of property subject to the provisions of this Agreement. The Principal reserves the right to deliver to the Agent from time-to-time, additional property, subject to acceptance of such additional property by the Agent. The property originally delivered to the Agent, and earnings there from, together with any additional property delivered to the Agent, and earnings there from, shall constitute the "Custodial Property."

The property described as all of Lot NUMBER of SUBDIVISION Addition as filed MM/DD/YYYY, at Book NUMBER of Plats, Page NUMBER at the office of the Missoula County Clerk and Recorder, Missoula, County, Montana, located in Section NUMBER, Township NUMBER North, Range NUMBER West, PMM shown on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof and hereinafter referred to as “Property.”
