Subsequent Phases. As the partnership matures, the scope may expand to increase localisation and manufacturing depth within BHEL. The duration and scope of each phase shall be mutually agreed upon. In addition, the OEM shall: • Support BHEL in installation, commissioning, testing, QA, troubleshooting, and after-sales service. • Provide inputs for setting up BHEL’s manufacturing, assembly, and test facilities. • Share necessary inputs related to Electrolyser plant engineering for hydrogen project EPC by BHEL.
