Project Entitlements definition

Project Entitlements means any governmental approvals or permits requested by Developer for construction, development or operation of the Project, including without limitation, issuance of any permits or agreements as shall be determined by the Agency and such approvals and consents of governmental third parties as are necessary in order to develop, construct or complete the Project or any discrete, relevant portion thereof.
Project Entitlements means the land use permits and approvals to allow the construction and operation of the Project including Sunset Specific Plan Amendment (SPA), Development Permit (DVP), Demolition Permit (DMP), Conditional Use Permit for hotel (CUP - Hotel), Conditional Use Permit for nightclub (CUP – Nightclub), Administrative Permit (AP), and Vesting Tentative Tract Map (VTTM) as set forth in Section 2.6.1, and the Permitted Signs Approval as set forth in Section 2.6.2 (Collectively Master Project MP18-0060).
Project Entitlements is defined in Recital B.

Examples of Project Entitlements in a sentence

  • Lender may place on the Property reasonable signs standard to construction loan transactions stating that construction financing is being provided by Lender and any other lenders or participants in the Loan, subject to the requirements of the Project Entitlements and applicable law.

  • Borrower shall commence construction of any offsite improvements required by any governmental authority to be performed by Borrower under any Project Entitlements in connection with the construction of the Improvements without delay after recordation of the Deed of Trust and shall complete construction of any such offsite improvements on or before the date required under the applicable Project Entitlements.

  • This amount shall be proportionally increased if the Project Entitlements permit construction of more than 10,000 housing units within the Project as a whole.

  • The development process approved by this Agreement only applies to the legal description attached as COMPOSITE EXHIBIT 1 and, as will be more fully explained later in this Agreement, additional property to exercise the Project Entitlements cannot be added without going through the statutory process of amending this Agreement or, at the sole option of the Master Developer, entering into a separate development agreement for the additional land.

  • If requested by Developer in writing with at least five days’ notice, at least one Lead Organization shall send at least one representative knowledgeable about the Project to speak in support of the Project, with a message generally consistent with that contained in Attachment B, at hearings on Project Entitlements not set forth in Section 5.3, above.


More Definitions of Project Entitlements

Project Entitlements means all approvals, authorizations and other actions relating to the Project Property obtained from the City as more specifically described in the Property Documents (as defined below), including, but not limited to those Development Approvals. Notwithstanding the foregoing, “Project Entitlements” shall not include any approvals, authorizations or other actions, including but not limited to the Development Approvals, to the extent related to the Excluded Property or the Retained Property or the proposed development thereof (collectively, the “Excluded Entitlements”).
Project Entitlements shall not include demolition permits, grading permits and/or building permits.
Project Entitlements means (i) San Francisco Planning Commission Motions No. 15005 and 15006, dated March 2, 2000; (ii) Terms and Conditions contained in the Declaration of Use recorded May 23, 1996, Reel G639, Image 543, Series No. 96-F979027-00; (iii) Terms and Conditions contained in the Declaration of Use recorded March 28, 1997, Reel G849, Image 322, Series No. 97-G138328-00; (iv) Notice of Special Restrictions under the Planning Code recorded June 12, 2001, Reel H907, Image 548, Series No. 2001-G963387-00; and (v) Notice of Special Restrictions under the Planning Code recorded June 12, 2001, Reel H907, Image 550, Series No. 2001-G963389-00.
Project Entitlements means (i) San Francisco Planning Commission Motions No. 15005 and 15006, dated March 2, 2000; (ii) Notice of Special Restrictions Under the Planning Code recorded December 29, 2000, Reel H794, Image 524, Series No. 00-G884921; (iii) Notice of Special Restrictions Under the Planning Code recorded December 29, 2000, Reel H794, Image 525, Series No. 00-G884922; and (iv) Terms and Conditions contained in the Declaration of Use recorded March 29, 2001, Reel H855, Image 0680, Series No. 2001-G924319.
Project Entitlements means Current Project Entitlements and Future Entitlements as defined herein. Project Entitlements shall remain in effect as set forth in Section 1.8 of this Agreement.
Project Entitlements means (i) that certain Owner Participation, Disposition and Development Agreement by and between the San R▇▇▇▇▇ Redevelopment Agency and Fair, I▇▇▇▇ and Company, Inc., dated as of May 18, 1998; (ii) that certain Development Agreement by and among Village Builders, L.P., the City of San R▇▇▇▇▇, and Fair, I▇▇▇▇
Project Entitlements means the (i) Resolution of the San Francisco Port Commission Approving the Lease Disposition and Development Agreement and Ground Lease (Resolution No. 99-67) dated August 24, 1999, and (ii) Resolution of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors Approving the Lease Disposition and Development Agreement and Ground Lease (Resolution No. 1140-99) dated December 20, 1999.
