Project Entitlements definition

Project Entitlements means any governmental approvals or permits requested by Developer for construction, development or operation of the Project, including without limitation, issuance of any permits or agreements as shall be determined by the Agency and such approvals and consents of governmental third parties as are necessary in order to develop, construct or complete the Project or any discrete, relevant portion thereof.
Project Entitlements is defined in Recital B.
Project Entitlements means all approvals, authorizations and other actions relating to the Project Property obtained from the City as more specifically described in the Property Documents (as defined below), including, but not limited to those Development Approvals. Notwithstanding the foregoing, “Project Entitlements” shall not include any approvals, authorizations or other actions, including but not limited to the Development Approvals, to the extent related to the Excluded Property or the Retained Property or the proposed development thereof (collectively, the “Excluded Entitlements”).

Examples of Project Entitlements in a sentence

  • LANDOWNER shall be solely responsible for obtaining any prior approval rights over applications to amend the Plans, Project Entitlements or the Land Use and Development Regulations by an Assignee(s), and for obtaining any waivers of LANDOWNER’s applications by an Assignee(s), at the time LANDOWNER sells or transfers a portion of the Property to a third party which may become an Assignee to this Agreement.

  • Desert Rock first asserts that the Region’s motion for voluntary remand “constitutes an attempt to intentionally administer a facially neutral statute – the Clean Air Act – unequally against Desert Rock” in violation of the equal protection principles inherent in the due process clause of the Fifth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

More Definitions of Project Entitlements

Project Entitlements means Current Project Entitlements and Future Entitlements as defined herein. Project Entitlements shall remain in effect as set forth in Section 1.8 of this Agreement.
Project Entitlements shall not include demolition permits, grading permits and/or building permits.

Project Entitlements means the (i) Resolution of the San Francisco Port Commission Approving the Lease Disposition and Development Agreement and Ground Lease (Resolution No. 99-67) dated August 24, 1999, and (ii) Resolution of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors Approving the Lease Disposition and Development Agreement and Ground Lease (Resolution No. 1140-99) dated December 20, 1999.
Project Entitlements means, with respect to a Participant, its Capacity Share, Percentage of Net Energy and its Percentage of Environmental Attributes.
