Community Plan definition

Community Plan means any plan prepared under Section 13 or 14 of the Act.
Community Plan means the local school ready grant plan, adopted by the community board following input from the community, implemented in the empowerment area.
Community Plan means a component portion of the Placer County general plan, usually bound as a discreet and separate document, which addresses land use, circu- lation, housing, public services and related issues for a specific geographic portion of the county. Community Plan means the key policy guide for decision-making about the City’s built and natural environments, containing detailed recommendations for future development including the appropriate location and density or intensity of residential and commercial uses; the general location and character of roads; the general location of parks, open space and public buildings; and the general sites for and extent of public water and sanitary sewer utilities.
