Promotional Assistance. (a) The LLC will provide a product testimonial related to the Systems and will allow Vignette to use such testimonial in its marketing materials, subject to the LLC's prior review and approval of the form of such use, which will not be unreasonably withheld.

In order to assist the Contractor in performing its obligations to market the Products in the Territory, the Company shall provide to the Contractor promotional literature concerning the Products. The Contractor shall have the right to participate in any cooperative advertising or promotional plan established by the Company for its authorized Contractors.
Promotional Assistance. Dainippon may, from time to time, provide to MGI written documentation reasonably satisfactory to MGI to demonstrate the number and amount of sample Products distributed by Dainippon without charge in the Territory (the "Samples"). Upon receipt of such documentation, MGI shall provide to Dainippon a credit against future purchases of Bulk Drug Substance in the amount equal to the difference between the amount paid by Dainippon for the Sample (on a per milligram basis) and the Part A Price (as defined in Exhibit I) for the Samples.
Promotional Assistance. To assist Halewood in the performance of the rights granted to it under this ELA, GEEC USA shall furnish Halewood with selected sales literature templates, samples, presentation material and other sales aids used elsewhere that the Parties consider reasonably necessary and render such other assistance as Halewood may from time to time reasonably request. Any reproduction of the promotional items will be at Halewood's cost.
