Project Manager's Review Sample Clauses

Project Manager's Review. The Project Manager will review claims and take one or more of the following preliminary actions within ten (10) days of receipt of a claim: request additional supporting data from the claimant; submit a schedule to the parties indicating when the Project Manager expects to take action; reject the claim in whole or in part, stating reasons for rejection; recommend approval of the claim by the other party; or suggest a compromise. The Project Manager may also, but is not obligated to, notify the surety, if any, of the nature and amount of the claim.

Project Manager's Review. Tenant’s Project Manager and Landlord’s Project Manager shall determine on behalf of both Tenant and Landlord that each is meeting its construction obligations hereunder. Both Tenant’s Project Manager and Landlord’s Project Manager shall be given access to the Project at all times and shall be provided by each other with all project schedules, copies of all field inspections and copies of any correspondence from any Governmental Authorities having jurisdiction over the design and/or construction process.
