Project Management Reports. Due to the varying needs of each AT&T Market, the Parties agree that establishing a defined set of reports or data to be delivered by Contractor to AT&T under this Agreement is not practical. The Parties also recognize that communication by way of formal reports from Contractor to AT&T or by way of the furnishing of raw data from Contractor to AT&T is a vital Project Management function. Accordingly, Contractor agrees that it shall supply AT&T with those reports or raw data relevant to the Project or Projects as may be reasonably requested by (i) AT&T’s local Construction and Engineering organization with responsibility for the completion of Turf Projects (ii) The AT&T National Construction and Engineering contract implementation organization or (iii) AT&T’s outside plant services Supply Chain organization.

Project Management Reports. During the Transition Period Supplier shall begin to work with PacifiCare to prioritize all initiatives through the Supplier Program Office and an ongoing process shall be developed for us to jointly set the priorities on all project work. Once initiatives and their associated schedules are agreed to, Supplier shall manage such initiatives and schedules shall using the Project Management methodology and Change Management Procedures.

  • Management Reports Promptly upon receipt thereof, copies of all detailed financial and management reports submitted to the Company by independent auditors in connection with each annual or interim audit made by such auditors of the books of the Company.

  • Project Managers Each party will designate a project manager (“Project Manager”) who will (a) serve as such party’s primary representative under this Agreement, (b) have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of such party’s obligations under this Agreement and be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of this Agreement, including attempted resolution of any issues that may arise during the performance of any party’s obligations hereunder for each of the Services, (c) be authorized to act for and on behalf of such party with respect to all matters relating to this Agreement and (d) will provide guidance on the steps the parties shall take to cooperate in the transition, separation and migration of the Services. Generally, requests by NewCo relevant to the Services will be made by NewCo’s Project Manager to MCK’s Project Manager; however, the foregoing provision will not limit either party’s ability to communicate with the other party’s relevant contact person(s) with respect to any particular Service. Either party’s Project Manager may from time to time designate a substitute of commensurate skills and experience by notice to the other party to fulfill such Project Manager’s responsibilities during any periods of unavailability.
