Development Reports has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6.

More Definitions of Development Reports

Development Reports means the following documents related to the Isradipine Product in Respondents’ possession or in which Respondents have a right to access:
Development Reports means written documents having either pre-clinical information regarding a Compound or Product, or validated intermediate or final clinical results and their evaluation based on planned analyses performed during the course of a trial/study of Product conducted in human subjects.

Related to Development Reports

  • Development Report means a written account of Licensee’s progress under the Development Plan having at least the information specified on Appendix B to this Agreement, and shall be sent to the address specified on Appendix B.

  • Progress Reports The Progress Reports as required by the individual Task Work Orders issued pursuant to this Agreement.
