Programme Support. Where applicable, the Recipient will implement all recommendations arising, and report progress on implementation, in line with the assurance and reporting arrangements agreed at Section 8 above. The Authority may have programme support resources available to support the implementation of the programme. If applicable and justifiable, the Parties will agree the appropriate level of support and details will be attached in Annex A of this Funding Agreement. A template to document this is available in Annex A to document this. The Recipient is obliged to adhere to the required and agreed assurance and transformation support regime so that the Parties mutually work towards increasing likelihood of success. The Recipient is obliged to notify the Authority through exception reporting of any fundamental risk or issues identified that may impact on programme success. The Recipient can request support from the Authority to jointly address any identified risks or issues.

Programme Support. DTU and TTU will make the necessary measures in order to obtain the best possible financial support for the exchanges, e.g. from national and international authorities, foundations, and industrial sponsors. The host university is responsible for helping the students to obtain the permissions to stay and study, etc. from their national authorities. This includes, if necessary, the permission to receive economical support from a sponsoring industrial company.

Related to Programme Support

  • Technical Support State Street will provide technical support to assist the Fund in using the System and the Data Access Services. The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year. State Street shall provide such additional technical support as is expressly set forth in the fee schedule in effect from time to time between the parties (the “Fee Schedule”). Technical support, including during installation and testing, is subject to the fees and other terms set forth in the Fee Schedule.

  • Software Support During the Term, Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide all Software updates and qualified Software upgrades in accordance with the terms of the Service Contract as such materials become commercially available for distribution. Purchaser’s use of all Software, updates, and upgrades of Software shall be subject to this Agreement, the Original Terms, and the applicable XXXX.

  • Maintenance Support State Street shall use commercially reasonable efforts to correct system functions that do not work according to the System Product Description as set forth on Attachment A in priority order in the next scheduled delivery release or otherwise as soon as is practicable.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Compliance Support Services Provide compliance policies and procedures related to services provided by BNY Mellon and, if mutually agreed, certain of the BNY Mellon Affiliates; summary procedures thereof; and periodic certification letters. · Such Compliance Support Services are administrative in nature and do not constitute, nor shall they be construed as constituting, legal advice or the provision of legal services for or on behalf of a Fund or any other person, and such services are subject to review and approval by the applicable Fund and by the Fund’s legal counsel. · Provide access to Fund records so as to permit the Fund or TRP to test the performance of BNY Mellon in providing the services under this Agreement. · Such Compliance Support Services performed by BNY Mellon under this Agreement shall be at the request and direction of the Fund and/or its chief compliance officer (the “Fund’s CCO”), as applicable. BNY Mellon disclaims liability to the Fund, and the Fund is solely responsible, for the selection, qualifications and performance of the Fund’s CCO and the adequacy and effectiveness of the Fund’s compliance program.

  • Programme 13.1 Within the time stated in the Contract Data, the Contractor shall submit to the Engineer for approval a Programme showing the general methods, arrangements,' order and timing for all the activities for the construction of works.
