Program Preparation Time Clause Samples
The Program Preparation Time clause defines the period allocated for preparing all necessary materials, resources, and logistics before the commencement of a program or project. This clause typically specifies the exact duration or deadlines for preparatory activities, such as developing schedules, securing permits, or arranging personnel and equipment. By clearly establishing this timeframe, the clause ensures that all parties are aware of their obligations and can coordinate effectively, thereby minimizing delays and misunderstandings at the start of the program.
Program Preparation Time. One (1) ECE position per classroom will be allowed one and one half (1.5) hours of program preparation time weekly, during his/her regular hours of work provided programming responsibilities have been assigned by the Centre Supervisor.
Program Preparation Time. All ECE licensed staff employed on a full-time basis will be allowed time each month for program preparation where the employee is free from direct contact with children. There will be a minimum total of three hours per week for each worksite for this. Such time will be scheduled at a time agreeable with the onsite manager and must be equitably shared amongst the eligible employees at each site, giving consideration for duties assigned and hours worked.
